Lindsay R. Pfeffer, an associate of the firm, received her B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2005 with a minor in Journalism and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008 with a concentration in Constitutional Law and Rights. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pfeffer was associated for five years with the law firm of McLaughlin & Stern, LLP in the Litigation Department, where she practiced primarily in the areas of matrimonial law as well as civil litigation, commercial litigation, and employment law.

During law school, Ms. Pfeffer was published in the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law and served as the Journal’s Senior Articles Editor.  Ms. Pfeffer was also President of the Women Law Students Association.  Ms. Pfeffer has performed pro bono work for the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, an organization that provides free legal services to low-income artists and nonprofit arts and cultural organizations. Ms. Pfeffer was selected to be a Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Star for years 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
