Kristen E. Marinaccio, an associate with the firm, received her B.A., with honors, from Franklin & Marshall College in 2013, where she double majored in Political Science and Business Organization and minored in Italian Language Studies. Through Syracuse University, she spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy at the Villa Rossa Campus, where she studied European Government and Art History. She received her J.D. in 2016 from the Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where she served as the Managing Development Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal, and as a Research Assistant to Suzanne A. Kim, Professor of Law and Judge Denny Chin Scholar.
Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Marinaccio clerked in the Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey for the Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division-Family Part, the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne, P.J.F.P., for the 2016-2017 term.
Ms. Marinaccio is admitted in both New York (2017) and New Jersey (2017) and is a member of the New York Women's Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
